Each job will be completed according to the written estimate or agreement.
Any additional work requested by the customer or required due to unforeseen issues will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
3. Materials and Equipment
We use high-quality, code-approved materials.
All supplied equipment remains the property of Olds-Gen Electrical until payment is received in full.
4. Liability
Olds-Gen Electrical is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or interference by others after completion.
- Power surges, weather-related issues, or external conditions beyond our control.
- Incidental or consequential damages arising from service delays or material shortages.
5. Warranty Limitations
Our workmanship is warranted for a period agreed upon at the time of service.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed parts or equipment.
This warranty does not cover alterations made by others or improper use after installation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure clear access to the work area and provide accurate information about the property and electrical systems.
Failure to disclose relevant details may affect safety and project timelines.
7. Governing Law
These Conditions of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable U.S. federal laws.
Any disputes will be handled in Dare County, NC courts.
